ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY UNDER CLASSICAL ROMAN LAW
This paper analyses the different ways of acquire property which existed in ancient Rome. Furthermore, there are also allusions to the different solutions which have been adopted in modern European codes for the more problematic problems already presented in Roman times.
