| Sumario: | This work is part of the development of a line of research on environmental public policies whose objective is to analyze the construction of environmental public policy in Argentina with emphasis on the normative formulation of the province of San Luis. The article reviews the theoretical aspects considered for the analysis of the normative formulation of environmental policy in the province of San Luis, the main elements to be taken into account, the legal, political and institutional mechanisms that have been used to implement it, the reference to national regulations, the systematization of the normative formulation in the different governmental administrations that allows the identification of priorities and modalities in the formulated policies. All this to identify the development made and achieved by the province in its environmental public policies. |
