The set off of debits and credits. Sistematic interpretation of the regulation in the 2012 argentinian civil and commercial code
The 2012 Civil and Commercial Code project regulates the figure of the set off of debit and credits, as an extinction mean of the obligations. This work analyses the project, outlines the differences with the Civil Code regime and essays an interpretation according to the goals of the legal figure.
