Sumario:The Nº 9181 Act settled the compulsory realization of jury trials for judging of some economics and corruption offenses in the whole territory of Cordoba´s State. The criminal’s processes by this kind of crimes present some particular features regarding its investigation and judging, which has generated controversies about convenience of implementation of jury trials for these cases. Further, there is a deep debate in our country about democratizing of justice, and have been submitted in Congress many bills which propose the implementation of jury trials in corruption crimes. In the middle of this scene, reflection over Cordoba´s experience results extremely useful for providing a critic view over judicial policies in this area. In this work, it will realize a research of all sentences pronounced in these processes since law implementation, a comparative analysis among different judicial circumscriptions and with jury trials by other kind of offenses, in order to formulate some conclusions over the problematic boarded.
