| Sumario: | In this paper we intend to make an approach to trans-exclusionary discourses and question them based on some feminist theories, such as decolonial feminism, black feminism and space theories. We begin by asking ourselves what trans-exclusionary feminism is, where it was born and what it raises, then we argue about which are the implications of these discourses in the Global South and how they have arrived in Colombia, to then close with the analysis of a specific case: TERF (Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminism) pints in the bathrooms of some buildings of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Bogotá.
