Throughout the text we find historical traces of the links between anthropology and psychology in our university, from a set of ethnographic portraits of these women, paths where points of convergence emerge from professional as well as personal and political trajectories, which brings them together within the framework of the aforementioned chair. It also gathers impressions of those who were students in those years, expressed in their narratives as the traces that these professors and the topics addressed in the course were defining the evolution of their student and professional careers. Mujeres y Antropología en la Escuela de Psicología, UNC (1986-1994) es un libro cuyes autores recuperan trazos de una historia de la antropología cordobesa, desde las experiencias de las docentes e investigadoras de la cátedra Antropología Cultural, Contemporánea y Latinoamericana en sus comienzos, asignatura surgida tras el cambio del plan de estudios de la Licenciatura en Psicología, junto a la renovación democrática en la Argentina. A lo largo del texto encontramos trazos históricos sobre los vínculos entre antropología y psicología en nuestra universidad, desde un conjunto de semblanzas etnográficas sobre estas mujeres, recorridos donde surgen puntos de convergencia tanto desde las trayectorias profesionales como personales y políticas, que las reúne en el marco de la mencionada cátedra. También acopia impresiones de quienes fueran estudiantes por aquellos años, expresadas en sus narraciones como las huellas que estas docentes y los temas abordados en la cursada fueron definiendo el devenir de sus trayectorias estudiantiles y profesionales.
