| Sumario: | This research proposal aims to analyze the "Proyectos de Tecnologías para la Inclusión Social" (PTIS) program, a science and technology policy instrument implemented by the National Program of Social Technologies and Innovation of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MINCYT) in Argentina. The study will begin with a description of the initial conditions that led to the program's creation, and then analyze the management and linkage processes that were necessary to achieve access to and/or production of technologies by actors involved in the social economy.
The research is expected to generate a corpus of information that will allow for a comprehensive assessment of the benefits of applying social innovation strategies. Additionally, it aims to serve as an input for policymakers who wish to include this perspective in their work dynamics. It is essential that institutions assume an active role and contribute to the construction of a citizenry that is committed to solving common problems. |
