Sumario:The main objective of this work is to carry out a first analysis of the performance of the revolving credit fund program for entrepreneurs in the southwestern region of Buenos Aires, between 2015 and 2019. In search of this, an institutional analysis of the funds is carried out, various hypotheses are suggested and descriptive statistics are use in addition to a probit-type econometric model, seeking to verify or not them. For this, two databases were created. One based on interviews with the different secretaries of production of the municipalities that participate in the program, in order to know the framework of action of the program, its scope, its limitations, among other parameters that consolidate the identity of the program. The second databases contain 497 credit operations, detailing amounts, interest rates, execution modality, among other determinants. The revolving funds program is an experience with great potential for the development of regional economies, which, when well executed, can be consolidated as a big push for local productive activities.
