| Sumario: | This article aims to contribute to an understanding of the configuration processes of the Aerolíneas Argentinas workforce, which has managed to accumulate an important trade union force that is expressed in its ability to mobilize, in their presence at the workplace and its ability to influence in the air commercial policy. We seek to contribute to the study of the workforce configuration based on a case study. From a qualitative methodological approach, we use a series of interviews with workers from different sectors, seniority and with different trajectories that manifest a sense of belonging that we call the aeronautical family. The central objective of this work is to be able to account the tensions within the labor force, starting from local categories that serves to understand how this collective has configured. We intend to show how these internal tensions developed by analyzing the expressions we found on the origin of the workers: “of family” and “from the street”. |
