To do this, we will focus the analysis on the following components of the curricular document: foundation and pedagogical political framework; profile of the graduate; educational purposes of the career; curriculum box; and, level of updating and theoretical-epistemological adaptation of said components to current standards. It is expected to contribute to the prioritization of children's rights as specific contents to be addressed during the training of primary level teachers in the jurisdiction. Key words: Human rights, Teacher training, Rights of children, Curricular policy Este trabajo busca indagar las perspectivas políticas y pedagógicas referidas a los derechos de niños, niñas y adolescentes que se incluyen en el diseño curricular del Profesorado de Educación Primaria de la provincia de Río Negro, con el objetivo de realizar aportes a esta política educativa, en virtud de lo que establecen los actuales requerimientos de orden nacional, regional e internacional en materia de Derechos Humanos. Para ello, centraremos el análisis en los siguientes componentes del documento curricular: fundamentación y encuadre político pedagógico; perfil del/la egresado/a; finalidades formativas de la carrera; caja curricular; y, nivel de actualización y adecuación teórico-epistemológica de dichos componentes a los estándares vigentes. Se espera contribuir a la jerarquización de los derechos de las infancias como contenidos específicos a ser abordados durante la formación de profesoras/es de nivel primario en la jurisdicción. Palabras clave: Derechos Humanos, Formación docente, Derechos de las infancias, Política curricular Este trabalho busca investigar as perspectivas políticas e pedagógicas em relação aos direitos de meninos, meninas e adolescentes que estão incluídos no desenho curricular dos Professores do Ensino Primário da província de Río Negro, com o objetivo de contribuir para esta política educacional sob o que estabelece as atuais exigências nacionais, regionais e internacionais em matéria de Direitos Humanos. Para tal, centraremos a análise nas seguintes componentes do documento curricular: fundamentação e enquadramento político pedagógico; perfil do egresso; finalidades educativas da carreira; caixa curricular; e, nível de atualização e adequação teórico-epistemológica desses componentes aos padrões vigentes. Espera-se que contribua para a priorização dos direitos das crianças como conteúdos específicos a serem abordados durante a formação de professores do nível primário na jurisdição.
