Sumario:This work seeks to investigate the political and pedagogical perspectives regarding the rights of boys, girls and adolescents that are included in the curricular design of the Primary Education Teachers of the province of Río Negro, with the aim of making contributions to this educational policy under than what is established by the current national, regional and international requirements regarding Human Rights. To do this, we will focus the analysis on the following components of the curricular document: foundation and pedagogical political framework; profile of the graduate; educational purposes of the career; curriculum box; and, level of updating and theoretical-epistemological adaptation of said components to current standards. It is expected to contribute to the prioritization of children's rights as specific contents to be addressed during the training of primary level teachers in the jurisdiction.
