Inside these three props it is highlighted to the information and his management, besides the use of the Technologies of the Information and Communications (Tics). The predominant paper of the Archivist is analyzed as Manager of the Information and still known for these organisms, of the managing of these documentations and his organization to facilitate and to accelerate the processes in order the satisfaction of the users. Information was compiled across bibliographical sources and statistical information on the civil consultations that demonstrate the importance of the demand of information in several sectors and the organization of this opportune and agile documentation. In agreement to the bibliographical realized review, has been observed that up to today national Paraguay meets in an initial basic situation big improvements that the State must apply to the whole process of modernization in the access to the public information, while worldwide, still it occupies a place removed in comparison to other South American countries for what it has come near to the following conclusion, the importance in the management of the archivist inside the documentary organization.   Keywords: Open Government; Electronic Government; Access to public information; Information and Communications Technologies; Archivist. Este artículo presenta las acciones y compromisos de las gestiones del denominado Gobierno Abierto Paraguay y el Gobierno Electrónico, iniciativa de los gobiernos de varios estados que promueven la transparencia, la participación ciudadana y la rendición de cuentas en la administración pública. Dentro de estos tres pilares se resalta a la información y su gestión, además del uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones (TIC). Se analizan el papel predominante del Archivero como Gerente de la Información y aún desconocido para estos organismos, del manejo de esos documentos y su organización para facilitar y acelerar los procesos con el fin de la satisfacción de los usuarios. Se recopiló información a través de fuentes bibliográficas y datos estadísticos sobre las consultas ciudadanas que demuestran la importancia de la demanda de información en varios sectores y la organización de esa documentación oportuna y ágil. De acuerdo a la revisión bibliográfica realizada, se ha observado que hasta hoy día Paraguay a nivel nacional se encuentra en una situación inicial básica con grandes mejoras que el Estado debe aplicar a todo el proceso de modernización en el acceso a la información pública, en tanto que a nivel internacional, aún ocupa un lugar alejado en comparación a otros países sudamericanos por lo que se ha llegado a la siguiente conclusión, la importancia en la gestión del archivista dentro de la organización documental.   Palabras clave: Gobierno Abierto; Gobierno Electrónico; Acceso a la Información Pública; Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones; Archivero.
