| Sumario: | El Archivo de Tribunales del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Jujuy, creado por Ley en el año 1885, representa un repertorio inconmensurable para la reconstrucción de la historia provincial y nacional, como así también para la visualización del accionar de la Justicia en estas tierras a lo largo del tiempo. Es único e irrepetible puesto que contiene documentación original desde el año 1594 hasta nuestros días. Se desarrollan en el presente artículo la historia, origen y descripción del Archivo y su fondo documental, su estructura edilicia, el acceso a la documentación y la relevancia social y científica que representa la documentación resguardada y custodiada. AbstractThe documentary fund from the Archive of the Department of Justice, Jujuy Provinc The documentary fund from the Archive of the Department of Justice, Jujuy Province, established by Law in 1885, represents an unlimited repertoire for there construction of the history of both the province and the nation, as well as for the visualization of Justice action in these lands through out time. It is a unique source of original documentation since 1594 to date. This article presents the origin, the history and a description of the Archive and its documentary fund, its building structure, acces to documents and the social and scientific relevancy represented in the documents protected and guarded in this Archive.Keywords: Courts Archive, documentary fund, Jujuy Province. |
