Al cumplirse este año, el Centenario de la Constitución Nacional de 1826, hacemos esta publicación conmemorativa, siguiendo la edición oficial, impresa en aquel entonces, y la re-producimos en esta forma por vez primera, después de un siglo; es decir desde aquellos días de su vigencia ultra-fugaz, cundo los pueblos argentinos, libres de sugestiones auto-aristocráticas, afirmaron con la energía criolla, -de leyenda gauchesca- el núcleo de su ideal de federalismo nativo.
