Sumario:The systematic content of Criminology, understood as the set of disciplines that can integrate it, still leaves much to be desired, which can be explained for two reasons: first, because of the youth of this discipline, which, unlike Criminal Law, has hardly been in existence for eighty years, except for precedents; and second, because in a good number of countries, its structure has been "positivist", and we know that Positivism, although it contributed progress, is characterized in terms of method and systematics, by the lack of one or the other.
