| Sumario: | The present work corresponds to data collected from current sources in the region between the Colorado and Chico rivers and the Andes mountain range. The stories, reports and references have been provided directly by the natives of the area referred to, and although I have included them under the denomination of "Güiliches" (people of the South), I do not discriminate on the origin of the Indians who in this case have served as a source for my work. And I do not do so, precisely, because it is a complex matter to classify the aboriginal groups existing in Patagonia. |
