Córdoba, Kronfuss y el museo provincial (1911 - 1916) Agüero, Ana Clarisa Between 1911 and 1916 a number of official actions directed to a culturally biased reformulation of the “Museo Politécnico Provincial de Córdoba” took place. As they show an inusual continuity and involve all museum aspects: as an institutuion, in his bulding an collections, they may be considered parts of a sole event which can be studied on a microscale analysis of it different aspects. Due to editorial reasons I will chose a significant portion of the total event, in order to show the way in which spatial and formal imagination is related to collection policies and typological changes of the institution. Therefore, this article limits itself to consider the singular building proceedings developed on the Museum, and also his architect’s trajectory showing the degree in which this local reformulation is in dialog with that of other places and traditions.As there are few antecedents and multiple common places in regard to both questions I shall try on one hand to reconstruct and reasonably explain bulding proceedings, and on the other to link succesive proyects (one of colonial inspiration, and classical one the other) to the encyclopedia and the shifting position that made possible J. Kronfus to imagine them. Entre 1911 y 1916 tienen lugar una serie de acciones oficiales orientadas a reformular, en sentido culturalista, el «Museo Politécnico Provincial de Córdoba». Puesto que las mismas guardan entonces una continuidad inédita y comprometen todos los aspectos museísticos (el institucional, el edilicio, el coleccionista), pueden ser pensadas como parte de un único evento, pasible de ser analizado a escala micro en todos sus aspectos. Por razones editoriales he preferido tomar una porción significativa de ese evento total, intentando mostrar a través de ella la manera en que la imaginación espacial y formal dialogan allí con las políticas de colección y con las mudanzas tipológicas de la institución. Así, este artículo se limita a considerar el singular expediente edilicio desarrollado en torno del museo y a la trayectoria, la de su arquitecto, que permite advertir en qué grado la reformulación buscada localmente dialogaba con otros espacios y tradiciones. Dados los escasos antecedentes y los múltiples lugares comunes respecto de ambas cuestiones procuraremos, por un lado, reconstruir y explicar razonablemente el expediente edilicio y, por otro, vincular los sucesivos proyectos (de inspiración colonial eluno, clásico el otro) a la enciclopedia y a la cambiante posición desde la que Juan Kronfuss pudo imaginarlos.
