The results of this analysis are compared with the available information on productive specializations, and demographic structure of each rural district. On the basis of the established correlations, specific combinations of the different kinds of production units are identified in each district. It allows us to infer the possibilities of differentiation for the independent small production units in each zone. At the same time, the main characteristics of the different types of production units, including those integrated in cattle ranches and “Indian villages”, are described. As a result, the agrarian structure of Córdoba province, and their particularities in each rural zone are reconstructed. En este artículo se reconstruye la estructura agraria de la jurisdicción de Córdoba a partir de la identificación de los distintos tipos de unidades productivas registradas en el censo de población de 1778 y del análisis comparativo de sus características y de su distribución zonal. Los resultados de este análisis cuantitativo son cotejados con la información disponible sobre especializaciones productivas y estructura demográfica de cada distrito rural. En base a las correlaciones establecidas, se identifican combinaciones específicas de los distintos tipos de unidades productivas en cada distrito, que permiten inferir distintas posibilidades de diferenciación de las pequeñas unidades productivas independientes, según las zonas. Simultáneamente, se describen las características más sobresalientes de los diversos tipos de unidades productivas, incluyendo las integradas en la territorialidad de las estancias y de los pueblos de indios.Como resultado, se arriba a la reconstrucción de la estructura agraria de Córdoba y sus particularidades zonales.
