The information from the sources is presented through tables that show a quantitative approach: the extension of the territory controlled by the monastery and its temporal variations, the type of crops grown and the demographic changes, as well as the forms of land cession. She also describes the agrarian landscape and the links between its inhabitants. The author shows the persistence of the feudal mode of production - even when small-scale production under the sharecropping or leasing system disappears - in the form of the subjection of producers to individual or collective charters. La tesis de licenciatura de Marta Bonaudo escrita y defendida en el año 1972, dirigida por la Dra. Reyna Pastor de Togneri cuya versión en papel se puede encontrar en Biblioteca central de la Facultad de Humanidades y Artes de la UNR, 333:R30514:F24-08-73 se ocupa del análisis de la crisis del siglo XIV en Castilla, a partir de la documentación privada, real y eclesiástica del monasterio de San Salvador de Oña. La información de las fuentes es presentada a través de cuadros que dan cuenta de un abordaje de carácter cuantitativo: extensión de territorio controlado por el monasterio y sus variaciones temporales, el tipo de cultivos que se realizaban y los cambios demográficos, así como las formas de cesión de la tierra. También realiza una descripción del paisaje agrario y los vínculos entre sus habitantes. La autora muestra la persistencia del modo de producción feudal – aun cuando desaparece la pequeña producción bajo el sistema de aparcería o arrendamiento – bajo la forma de sujeción de los productores a fueros individuales o colectivos.
