Sumario:The emergence and consolidation of the Human Rights Movement (MDH by its acronym in Spanish) in Rosario during the last military dictatorship (1976-1983) was the result of both confluences and disputes and tensions between organizations that arose at different times. For these organizations, the political opening that occurred after the Malvinas war was translated into a situation of much activism, which meant a greater presence in society. The flyers in the pedestrian streets, the marches through the center, the adoption of the banners with the photos of the disappeared, among other activities, represented a significant change for the MDH. In this context, there was the incorporation of a new militant generation. Two were the mechanisms of this incorporation: on the one hand, the convocation of part of the movement itself, when the organizations began to think about strategies to articulate with another generation -for example with the different youth seminars that they carried out- and, on the other, the rapprochement spontaneous from those who felt linked by some common lines - relatives of detainees-disappeared, former political prisoners, lawyers and activists. In this article I analyze the conflicts and transformations generated by the incorporation of a new militant generation to the MDH in the city of Rosario, province of Santa Fe.
