Sumario:During the late twentieth century, entrepreneurship, a term with origin in economic science, has been installed and consolidated as a relevant subject in public discourse on a global scale. Crossing geographic and language borders, the ideas of entrepreneurship spread and adapted in dissimilar local contexts. In this article we are interested in capturing the way in which this process took place in Argentina. In order to achieve this objective, we will describe the task of translating the ideas of entrepreneurship carried out by two specialized magazines on economics and business, Mercado y Apertura, between 1980 and 2000.
