| Sumario: | During the 1920s a group of students and intellectuals from Latin America set themselves the difficult task of creating a consciousness favorable to the integration of these countries in order to defend themselves from the advance of U.S. imperialism. To do so, they first published Renovación, a bulletin of ideas which, after two years, became the organ of the Latin American Union when it was founded in 1925. This work offers a brief analysis of the changes and permanence during the years 1926 and 1927, a chapter missing in the series of studies on the subject. |
