| Sumario: | This work starts from an interdisciplinary dialogue between geography and community nutrition. It addresses the configuration of food autonomies in Sierras Chicas, province of Córdoba, Argentina, in the recent history of the country. Considering the community plots that support the production, marketing and consumption of foods of agroecological origin in relation to socio -environmental struggles of the last three decades, the political options that allowed the construction of the regional agroecological nutritional food system have been analyzed here. For this, the latent conflict is analyzed here from the construction of networks, nodes, fairs and neighborhood assemblies with clear territorial consequences on access to land, food and the defense of the environment. Within the framework of a methodological research-participation strategy, different conversational techniques, direct observation and secondary sources analysis were developed seeking to respond to what is the relationship between the defense of territories and food-nutritional autonomies? To answer this, we converge our work from the fighting spaces in which we participate with the doctoral studies that we are concluding PhD program in Agrarian Social Studies and whose advances here we present in an interdisciplinary dialogue. |
