Sumario:This article focuses its axis of interest on the literature by Raúl Barón Biza (1899-1964). The objective is to reflect on the conjunction between beauty, youth, and women in traditionally rooted arguments which ordered the aforementioned author´s common sense, and are transmittedin the long term regarding the expressions of gender violence against women. The ordering hypothesis states that Barón Biza inserted in his stories and novels numerous autobiographical moments which allow to understand his appraisals about women, both in fiction and in his personal life. His sayings do nothing more than confirming the patriarchal order and the domination by men towards women.
