The De la diferencia entre lo temporal y eterno of the Jesuit John Eusebio Nieremberg, translated into Guarani by Fr. Joseph Serrano and printed in 1705. The study has put us on the path of the circulation of materials for evangelization on both sides of the Atlantic and the Pacific and in the deep Europe, the one that the Jesuit Silvestro Landini called "le nostre Indie". We study here a testimony of the visual component of the spirituality and the evangelizing praxis of the Jesuits. Indeed, we will look at the series of engravings that the work brings to illustrate the meditation of the pains of hell in the context of what was called the postrimerías: death-judgment-heaven-hell. The engravings are finally compared with those of the work of the Jesuit Giovanni Pietro Pinamonti, Hell open to the Christian, to perceive the adaptations made on American soil. Se aborda en este trabajo una pequeña faceta gráfica de uno de los impresos jesuítico-guaraníticos. Se trata del De la diferencia entre lo temporal y eterno del jesuita Juan Eusebio Nieremberg, traducido al guaraní por el P. Joseph Serrano e impreso en 1705. El estudio nos ha puesto en el sendero de la circulación de materiales para la evangelización a los dos lados del Atlántico y el Pacífico y en la Europa profunda, aquella que el jesuita Silvestro Landini llamaba «le nostre Indie». Estudiamos aquí un testimonio particular del componente visual de la espiritualidad y la praxis evangelizadora de los jesuitas. En efecto, nos detendremos en la serie de grabados que trae la obra para ilustrar la meditación de las penas del infierno en el contexto de la exposición de las postrimerías: muerte–juicio–cielo–infierno. Se comparan finalmente los grabados con los de la obra del jesuita Giovanni Pietro Pinamonti, El infierno abierto al cristiano, para percibir las adaptaciones hechas en suelo americano.
