Sumario:Estimated incidence and frecuency about natal and neonatal teeth in 6261 live births from Córdoba, Argentina, to 1982-1984 was studied. The number of cases reviewed, was 12 with 1:521 estimated incidence. In this 12 studied cases, 9 (nine) were natal deciduous teeth and 3 (three) supernumerary.The radiographic examination_ is. very important in order to got a correct d.iagnosis, (deciduous teeth-supernumerary). Female, (67%) are more frequently affected than male, (37%) The area of mandibular decidouos central incisors is the most co~m~on affected site. The superficial situation of the dental germ in a non-closed basquet bone could be related to earlier eruption.
