They acted as intermediaries between the charismatic leaders and the Peronist people, making possible a new dynamic of political interaction in political mobilization and party structuring. This work -in articulation with a gender perspective- aims to recover the action of one of those leaders, Elsa Chamorro Alamán, whose intervention is part of the Peronist Feminine Party. Her role as the first “delegada censista” (census delegate) in the province of Córdoba, between 1949 and 1951, is essential to understand the potentiality and limits of a party structure exclusively made up of women, territorial and vertical in nature, and concentrated around the figure of “Evita capitana”. La historiografía sobre la “segunda línea” del peronismo remite a hombres y mujeres que aportaron ideas, experiencia, capacidad de gestión y vinculaciones políticas, gremiales y económicas, al naciente movimiento liderado por Juan y Eva Perón. Actuaron como intermediarios entre los líderes carismáticos y el pueblo peronista, haciendo posible una nueva dinámica de interacción política en la movilización política y la estructuración partidaria.             En este trabajo –en articulación con una mirada en clave de género- se pretende recuperar la acción de una de esas dirigentes, Elsa Chamorro Alamán, cuya intervención se enmarca dentro del Partido Peronista Femenino (PPF). Su rol como primera delegada censista en la provincia de Córdoba, entre 1949 y 1951, resulta fundamental para comprender la potencialidad y los límites de una estructura partidaria exclusivamente conformada por mujeres, de carácter territorial y verticalista, y concentrado alrededor de la figura de “Evita capitana”.
