| Sumario: | This article offers a theoretical-methodological proposal for discourse analysis with a Foucauldian root. The proposal is particularly oriented to study the controversial discourses that characterize, especially, certain parliamentary processes and the controversy surrounding environmental regulations. It is part of a previous work of analysis of the discursive strategies involved in legislation on environmental protection of native forests in Argentina and in the province of Córdoba, between 2006 and 2017. Unlike various institutionalist, interpretative or pragmatist studies that prevail in the field of inquiry about deliberative processes, the bet here is to rescue the game of discursive strategies that configures them, making use of a set of categories such as discursive field, enunciate, controversy, discourse, tactics and strategies and enunciative modalities. Likewise, the writing offers methodological keys that recover the heuristic value of the mentioned categories. In short, the article makes available an alternative for any type of study that aspires to address the dimensions of struggle and confrontation that are condition and effect of public discourses and debates. |
