| Sumario: | The Argentine litoral, as it appears in certain literary, visual and cinematographic materials, is a space in which becoming, flowing and mixing configure written plots that are prior to any alphabet. Far from the idea of "author" that leads to explaining the figures in the light of the biography of their human creators as well as from the idea of artistic work, this article establishes a dialogue between fragments Ortíz and Aulicino poems, short cuts of narrative texts written by Demitrópulos, Holmberg and Quiroga, Millán and Bohtlingk images and a scene from a documentary film by García with concepts from materialist and eco-critical philosophy. The notions of splintered materials (Adorno), intraaction (Barad), matter-with-stories (Iovino and Oppermann) and vibrant materialities (Bennett) are fundamental here. This conversation allows us to explore how on the litoral light, air, water, plants, stones and animals are supports for writings, overwritings and erasures made by that same splintered and vibrant matter that has voices and graphical symbols. The non-human writings are configured in stabilizing and, at the same time, destabilizing intra-active processes, present in the closed wefts of the jungle, in the current of the rivers and in the flowering and floating thoughts of the water hyacinth. |
