Sumario:This paper analyzes and describes the international norms that legally regulate the development, production and use of Weapons of Mass Destruction and their reception by our country. It is necessary to point out that the QBN problem (Chemical, Biological and Nuclear) represents a current fact that occupies a prominent place in the international agenda because it puts international peace and security at risk. In this sense, this research has the purpose, through an exploratory and descriptive analysis, of qualitative conclusion, describing the norms analyzed, as well as the reception of this international legislation by our country, to from there, determine what is the Argentine position regarding the development, production and use of this type of weapons.
