| Sumario: | lhis report aiialyse ihe results ahoni foriy three (43) patienis. thirty six (3) otwhicli showed an extrahepatic obstructi ve biliarySyndroine Nvas mude evident by u It ras ono g ra ph y. fi ve (5) w it h a cholecistolithiasis and doubi ful ti istory of jaundice were evaluated to carry out a videosurgery procedure and two (2) pitieIits whoni hepatic-yeyunostomy had heen tiracticed, a control of anastomosis in postoperative period vas required. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Operative Cholangiography lindings were correlatcd and altcrward witli the anatoniopathological studies when thev arrived. In alt cases the Nuclear Magnctic Cholangio Resonance (NM('R) let os irovc the diagnosis of extrahepatie biliary ohstruction deterniining with precision furtherniorc the topographical site of the lesion. Respccting the aetiology of obstruction, NMCR was accuratein 34 out of 36 cases (94.4%). ln conclusion Cholangio-Resoniince is an excellent diagnostic rnethod to evaluate biliary ductilsystein including anatomic changes. 1 lowever, there are some limitat, ons vel in ordcr to determine the aetiology of' lesions about extrahepatic biliary vía extremes. Wc eniphasize its leatures sueh as non- invasive, little operati ng dependent. and \vi thoui morbimoru.il uy that become ii as a inethod of choice to study the biliary via l'rom a diagnostic viewpoint. |
