Sumario:MINOCA is a syndrome that encompasses several pathologies and occurs in the clinical context of an Acute Coronary Syndrome. Its incidence varies according to the population studied, the diagnostic methods used and whether they have included Myocarditis and Takotsubo Syndrome, which were recently excluded from the definition of MINOCA. For this reason, we consider that the novelty of this publication is the non-inclusion of these two pathologies and, therefore, the objective of this review is to update this syndrome concisely. The management of the three types of MINOCA is also addressed, whose diagnosis is mainly based in using specific complementary images, since coronary angiography has its limitations. Treatment will generally be pharmacological according to the pathophysiological mechanism involved.
