Sumario:Necrotizing fasciitis is a life-threatening infection. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential. Reconstruction techniques and rehabilitation protocols have been poorly described. The objective of this work is to describe the results of timely treatment for limb preservation and early rehabilitation in a case of massive necrotizing fasciitis of the lower limbs. We present a case of necrotizing fasciitis in the lower limbs, treated surgically with a negative aspiration system, muscle flaps, and skin graft. We describe his rehabilitation protocol and the results at one year of follow-up.
