description We aimed at evaluating healthy lifestyles in the student population of the Cathedra of Health Community I FCM UNC. For that, we conducted a descriptive, cross-sectional study. The survey used was How is my lifestyle? PAHO (2015) with questions covering 10 domains: relationship with others, physical activity, time out, nutrition, oral health, sexuality, mobility, substance use, lifestyle and environment. It was conducted by anonymous online survey using limesurvey platform and Chi2 and Fisher were used as statistical tests. Protocol approved by the PAHO research and ethics committee risk. Inclusion criteria: sutents of Salud Comunitaria I, Medicina, 2019. Seven hundred and sexteen students were invited to participate in the first half of 2019, the response rate was 87.4% (n 626). 83% obtained a score >70 points which would correspond to healthy living habits 8% between 59 to 69 (adequate), 4% between 41 to 58 (changes are required) and 5% ≤40 indicating that they did not have them. 72.54% report a good relationship with others, 74.3% do not perform physical activity, 53.18% have sleeping troubles, 47.95% have problems managing stress and tension, 48.05% enjoy free time, 43.31% avoid junk food, 36.73% feel comfortable with their weight, 81.28% consider oral health important and 69.11% visit the dentist, 97.5% perform pregnancy prevention, 55.78 % avoid sexual relations under the influence of alcohol and 79.41% value affection in sexual relations. 66.36% respect safety regulations, 67.57% use a seatbelt on vehicles and 86.39% do not drive under the influence of alcohol. 39.68% consume energy drinks, 14.97% smoke, 15.61% consume psychoactive substances. 91.36% are satisfied with themselves and with what they do, 50.91% know how to say no. 52.73% recycle sometimes. The analysis of the variables by age and sex is not included in the summary. Although the scale classifies more than 70% of the population with healthy habits, lifestyles related to physical activity, nutrition, alcohol consumption and psychoactive substances and time out were inadequate. Collective intervention strategies such as awareness workshops or talks / debates that allow modifying these risk factors should be generated.

Collective intervention strategies such as awareness workshops or talks / debates that allow modifying these risk factors should be generated.
