Sumario:Synopsis of ferns and lycophytes of the Mburucuyá National Park (Corrientes, Argentina). Keys to species. A total of 29 genera and 48 infrageneric taxa were recorded in Mburucuyá National Park. The best represented genus is Thelypteris Schmidel with five species, followed by Pecluma M. G. Price with four; Anemia Sw., Doryopteris J. Sm. and Ophioglossum L. include three infrageneric taxa, whereas Adiantopsis Fée, Asplenium L., Azolla Lam., Pityrogramma Link, Pleopeltis Willd. and Salvinia Ség. are represented by two species. The remaining genera presented only one species. Dichotomous keys to determine the species present in the study area, as well as distribution and ecology, are provided.
