Sumario:The increase in the production of food films and television programs around the world justify its research as they show the culture and traditions of societies. When people leave their countries and move to a new place, they create customs that merge with the old ones. The process is shown in different aspects such as food, and a good example of this is presented in the film Tortilla Soup, because it presents the changes in the life of Mexicans, who emigrate to the United States to find the desired American dream.
