| Sumario: | How did we face, through an outreach project, this “new normality” so suddenly imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic? In this article we present, from a critical point of view, some of the experiences we had as members of the outreach project “Taller de Aguas” of the School of Exact Sciences of the National University of La Plata (UNLP) during 2020, a year in which the infections of the new strain of coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) became massive worldwide.
The context of an international pandemic, which challenged the national and international health system, tested, once again, our commitment to face the needs of some of the La Plata most affected communities by the socioeconomic and health crisis, as part of a Public University whose aim is to be at people's disposal. |
