Both seek to consolidate the participation of young people of the school IPEM No. 416 of the neighborhood-city Ciudad de Mis Sueños in the exercise of sexual and non-reproductive rights (DSyNR). This, in turn, will serve as a starting point to think about collective health practices in the neighborhood. Therefore, two dimensions of work are developed. Based on the health context of ASPO (preventive and compulsory social isolation) and DISPO (preventive and mandatory social distancing) they are presented as a challenge for the 2021 Extension Project: maintaining bonds and managing young people's demands. At the same time, the results and impact generated from one year to the other are reported, strengthening the process of participation and importance of young people on issues that they face and constitute their subjectivities. En este artículo se presentan dos experiencias extensionistas consecutivas, que se desarrollan como proyectos continuos. Ambos buscan consolidar un proceso de participación vinculado al ejercicio de derechos sexuales y no reproductivos (DSyNR) con jóvenes del IPEM Nº 416 del barrio-ciudad Ciudad de Mis Sueños, como punto de partida para pensar prácticas de salud colectiva en el barrio. En ese marco, se desarrollan dos dimensiones de trabajo que, a partir del contexto sanitario de ASPO y DISPO, se presentan como desafío en el Proyecto 2021: el sostenimiento de los vínculos y la gestión de demandas de les jóvenes. A su vez, se reconocen resultados e impactos generados de un año a otro, que fortalecen el proceso de participación y protagonismo de les jóvenes en torno a temáticas que les atraviesan y constituyen sus subjetividades.
