Sumario:Summary: The present work corresponds to the thesis to qualify for a degree in nursing. It had the general objective of describing the perception of the nursing staff when changing from a conventional registry system to a computerized registry in a private health institution in the last quarter of 2013 and the first quarter of 2014 in the city of Córdoba. The method used was cross-sectional and prospective. The nursing staff, even the oldest, says they feel comfortable using this tool. The change generated since its implementation has streamlined the care process, the nurse can spend more time with the patient, information is not lost and is available to all health team at the desired time.
