| Sumario: | The country´s archeological heritage preservation is a subject still looking forward to being to be taken into account. The province of Jujuy is not away from this situation, despite this, at the beginning of 2013 a new law concerning to the preservation of the natural and cultural heritage was passed, so the one dated in 1982, Nº 3866, was derogated. The present study is focused on the analysis of the legislation considering the historical and social situation when the first laws as well as the present ones were passed in the national and provincial position of Jujuy. Besides, the implementation of the present law and the real case happening in this province such as quebrada de La Cueva situated in the northern part of the Humahuaca Region will be regarded. |
