Sumario:Starting from the question: whose act is it? the text takes a line of an analytical experience, which locates the moment of demand and entry into analysis, a second moment, the analysis itself, pivoted by the transference. Finally, the moment of conclusion, the end of analysis. It locates, in each of these moments, the position of the analyst and the analyzer from a fundamental perspective: the consent and the permanent operation so that the unconscious exists.
