| Sumario: | The goal of this paper is to show some considerations and questions regarding librarians’ ethics including some remarks and comments which were gathered so far. Some of them still prevail, because it is, we believe, necessary not only to be critical, but to be mentioned, and let alone analyze them deeply as they are the background to take into account for a future Argentine national librarian’s ethics code. Some conceptual definitions and proposals have been added and, lastly, the conclusions give a closing to this proposal which is not only worrisome, but paramount, from our perspective, for a sound professional development in our area. |
