| Sumario: | This article presents a set of 3 experiments to study standing waves using low cost materials (an ordinarycomputer with a normal sound board is needed). This set of experiments allow to measure speed of soundin the air, sound wave frequency and sound resonance frequency inside a tube. One additional advantage ofeach experiment, besides the simplicity, is that can be realized in one module class (80 min). First theoreticalfundaments of stationary waves on tubes are presented. Assembling confi guration and a procedure guideare shown for each experience. |
