In this experience we proposed to think about the teaching of Natural Sciences in primary school from an intercultural perspective. The last class of the course aimed to work on Interculturality and Viventially Significant Science Teaching in order to deal with contents about the Earth and the Cosmos, recovering diverse views on this subject. We describe the strategies used in the class and the didactic models and perspectives about cultural diversity proposed by students in their final projects. Our results indicate that the theoreticalmethodological articulation of both perspectives constitutes a fertile articulation to promote transformations in teaching practices by introducing the intercultural perspective.
