The construction and B first approzimation to a characterization of this phenomenology is used as an strategy to allow the student to start the elaboration of the basic electromagnetic 's theory concepts. The process is carry out around three problems: the electrification by friction phenomena (static electricity), electric current and its relation with the static electricity, and the  lectromagnetic phenomena. Uno de los problemas que se encuentra al abordar la enseñanza de los fenómenos electromagnéticos es el desconocimiento por parte de los estudiantes de una fenomenología que se constituya en un objeto de estudio. La construcción de esta fenomenología a y una  primera caracterización de la  misma se plantean -en el presente artículo como un medio que permitirá a los estudiantes iniciará la elaboración de los conceptos base de la teoría electromagnética El proceso se desarrolla en torno a tres problemáticas: los fenómenos de la electricidad por frotamiento (electricidad estática) la corriente eléctrica y su re1Bci6n con la electricidad estadística y los fenómenos electromagnéticos.
