| Sumario: | This paper aims to analyze the conditions of accessibility of public health benefits and services aimed at people with disabilities, based on the experiences and stories of adult women with disabilities. From an intersectional perspective, gender, class, ethnicity, nationality, age and disability are related to characterize the specific vulnerabilities that emerge from the conjunction of these factors. A relational perspective is adopted to think about accessibility to public policies, accounting for how the circuits of the public health coverage subsystem build and/or reinforce barriers to access to services, care and benefits. |
