| Sumario: | Within the urbanization processes that take place in the Province of Buenos Aires, two experiences are described: Villa Carlos Gardel in Morón and Villa Palito in La Matanza. In addition, there are adverse socio-urban factors and insufficient technological-environmental aspects. These situations are related to the weak and mutating participatory forces of social organizations in government efforts from the new political arenas. |
