Sumario:The need to understand the ways in which the politicization of the popular sectors is configured, putting theory and empirics in dialogue, is a challenge for those of us who research in order to collaborate in the deployment of emancipatory practices. Framed in a line of critical thinking, this article recovers theoretical notions and data from reality to unravel the ways in which popular strategies assume for the resolution of needs immersed in the processes of daily life –in the context of an unprecedented crisis configured by the Covid-19 pandemic– of popular sectors in the City of Córdoba, Argentina.
