Sumario:This article presents historical ground of constitutive inequalities of social relations in Brazilian society, widely (re) produced with the contribution of the State with resources and public policies. It aimed to characterized “social question” in the era of finances within the contemporary crisis, indicating its repercussion in the universe of work in Brazil. At the end are recorded some guidance of liberal roots, transversals to social policies proposed by Brazilian State in accordance with the guidelines of multilateral organizations, which pressure the project of social work in Brazil.
