Contributions of my thesis of Master in Social Sciences (Social Sciences Faculty) titled Public University and inclusion are retaken. The incidence of the Program of Internship Fellows in young people with unfavorable conditions, first generation of university students. In the first place, it identify the obstacles, strategies and supports that were presented in the first section of the studies in young people from popular sectors. Students who, without the presence of relatives, secondary school teachers and public policies aimed at guaranteeing the right to higher education, would not have been able to obtain a degree and modify paths of their socio-educational trajectories in individual and family terms. Secondly, the experiences of student interns who are first-generation university students are briefly reconstructed. Finally, some contributions and questions are presented that allow us to think about new challenges of the Public University 100 years after the Reform and 10 years after the Regional Conference on Higher Education. El presente artículo comparte una experiencia desarrollada en la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba UNC) en torno a la implementación de una de las políticas de inclusión, que permitió avanzar en el proceso de ampliación del derecho a la educación. Para ello, retomo aportes de mi tesis de Maestría en Ciencias Sociales (Facultad de Ciencias Sociales-UNC) titulada “Universidad Pública e inclusión”. La incidencia del Programa de Becarias/os Ingresantes en jóvenes de condiciones desfavorables, primera generación de universitarias/os (2017). En primer lugar, se identifican los obstáculos, estrategias y soportes que se presentaron en el primer tramo de los estudios en jóvenes de sectores populares. Estudiantes que sin la presencia de familiares, docentes del nivel secundario y políticas públicas orientadas a garantizar el derecho a la educación superior, no hubieran podido obtener un título y modificar recorridos de sus trayectorias socio-educativas en términos individuales y familiares. En segundo lugar, se reconstruyen brevemente las experiencias de estudiantes becarias/os que se constituyen en primera generación en la universidad.
